Refunds & Replacements

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: All refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment account.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out immediately and we will ship out a replacement at no additional charge.

Shipping Fees & Customer Responsibility
